Convertible Slip Lead

Slip Leads, every dog lover should carry one in their car or on their person during adventures. You never know when you'll encounter a stray or lost dog. Slip leads are a collar and leash in one. They fit every dog and tighten as the leash is pulled. Slip leads are recommended by top trainers to teach leash pressure and encourage obedience.

These slip leads come with a brass bolt snap and extra O-Ring to prevent having to slide the slip over the dog's head. Perfect for dominant/reactive dogs that do not tolerate gear being slid over their head. Can also be used as a regular 6' leash.

Slip Leads are designed to get tighter as a dog pulls. This serves different functions, one, it is great for dogs with small heads like Grey Hounds, preventing them from slipping out. Another use is for safety in triggering situations for reactive, timid or aggressive dogs, Slip Leads will prevent your dog from escaping or backing out in a high drive situation due to the cinching function. As for dogs that pull, slip leads may prevent pulling when combined with proper training techniques. Slips and Martingales are the number 1 recommended collar/leash style by top trainers.
